Everything is energy. Everything has its own unique vibration. We are all made up of energy. Energy can never be created or destroyed, it can only be transmuted or transformed.
Our auric field is the essence of who we are. Our chakras are energy centres and correlate to our auric field. These energy centres are where we perceive and receive information related to our Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual environments. Every experience we have as human beings is stored within our energetic bodies as a memory imprint.

During this online/in person session, I will …
- Tune into your auric field and assess its health including the colour, density and quality.
Your past, presence and future are stored in your auric field. I can pick up any areas that are out of balance Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually, that we need to be mindful of.
- Assess the colour of your auric field and how this connects to the divine.
As the aura has 7 layers there are potentially lots of colours that can come through.
The colour of your aura can change and is in constant flux and flow. For example, a yellow/gold aura is connected to the divine, a green aura is connected to peace etc. Assessing the colour of your aura shows you how you are navigating life right now.
- Also check to see if there are any symbols in your auric field, for example shapes, like stars and numbers, as these subtle signs can give us deeper insight into your incarnation and what you are here to do this lifetime.
- Once I have an intuitive imprint of your aura, I will provide you with a template of your auric field.
Most people are aware that we have 7 chakras, from bottom to top:
The Root Chakra, The Sacral Chakra, The Solar Plexus Chakra, The Heart Chakra, The Throat Chakra, The Third Eye Chakra and the Crown Chakra (there are also many more chakras in the body).
- I will add to your auric template the colours of your balanced/unbalanced chakras.
- I also dowse each chakra – for us to function optimally, all our chakras should be in alignment for optimal health and wellbeing. Dowsing shows if you have an un/balanced chakra giving us deeper insights.
- After your auric field and chakra points have been read, I will provide you with takeaways of tips and hints to bring your auric field back into balance. This may include meditation, chanting, connection to nature, crystals, Bach flower remedies etc. Think of this as your personal Spiritual prescription!
- We complete your session with an energetic healing to help you further align your auric field.
